Smooth with a spark of soul. This Colombian medium roast brings together notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate for a cup that’s both vibrant and grounded. Grown in the volcanic soils of Medellin at 1300–1500 meters, this blend features Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties — all cultivated by smallholder farmers who know how to coax flavor from the mountains.

Fully washed and sun-dried in solar dryers to shield it from the rain, this roast offers clarity in every sip — bright fruit, a whisper of citrus, and a smooth chocolate finish.
